I have successfully implemented the conditional logic between the Preferred Shipping Method (CDC page) selection and the Final Shipping Rates (Shipping method page).

If a client selects "Order ships to Predator Red Deer" in the dropdown, the system now automatically hides the standard Canada shipping rate and selects the local distribution rate.Conversely, if they choose to ship to their preferred address, the local Red Deer pickup option is hidden.
